I bought one of these based on it being the most unobtrusive looking bluetooth headset at the store. The documentation is simultaneously inaccurate and insufficient, whoever timed the button holds wasn't paying attention. Worse, even "paired" with my phone, the sound has only come to the headset once, and instead is usually routed to my cell phone's earpiece anyway. Completely unsatisfied.

What can one say about a battery for a cordless phone? It works and charges okay in the old Sony SPP-120 phone I have. Sony says to only use an original Sony battery which costs much more to buy. This battery seems to work the same. Unfortunately, the telephone doesn't work right even with this battery. The handset can't seem to find the signal from the base because of too much noise. It keeps scanning for a better channel and doesn't find one. I don't think it is the battery's fault, though. I had this phone for many years (since 1991) and used it until the original batteries went dead. Then it sat in my closet since I ordered this battery. Now the battery powers the handset, but the phone doesn't work as I wanted it to. I know there are many new phones out on the market now, but I liked this phone and wanted to use it. I paid over $160 for it in 1991. Sony has little help for me. It may be that all the new signal frequencies being used now interfere with this phone that uses lower frequencies. If this has anything to do with not using a Sony battery, I would be surprised. I don't believe the noise level of the phone is dependent on the battery specs. The original battery said 4 volts @ 500 milliAmps on it while this one says 3.6 volts @ 650 milliAmps. It actually measures 4 volts without a load on it (I measured it). To sum it all up, this battery is a good deal for the price and I see nothing wrong with it.

Purchased to standardize all cordless phones in home and expand handsets to a total of five (5). Worked well for first few weeks. Power failure caused all phones, including base unit, to lose all functions. All had to be disconnected from electrical outlets and telephone outlet before use could be restored. Waiting to see if there are other major problems. No problems with original base and two (2) original handsets until these three(3) handsets were added.

I have tried to use this software on my VISTA system for Samsung SYNC SGH-A707 system and the driver does not load on my computer for the cable. I can use the real Samsung cable for VISTA along with the latest version of Samsung Sync software (software available for free from the Samsung website) to use VISTA with the phone with more capabilities then are actually listed for the phone from the Mobile Action website. If I could rate this a ZERO I would.

This item is sold as is, and the customer must rely on www.mobileaction.com first for support and the features that WORK on their phone for the kit model number MA-730. Not all phones work with the software for everything, some do, some work for only one thing using the model kit from Mobile Action called "MA-730." Kit sold here is the MA0730 by Mobile Action, customers must go to their site and see support for the phone they have first. The MA-730 Bluetooth kit is the most univeral one around, but the cell phones themselves have limitations, not the kit. Mobile Action tells customers specifically what does and does not work for all models with this MA-730 kit.

Customer Review: Be prepared to replace often
Ugh, I've been using Vonage for four years now and have had four of this unit and it's predecessors. The unit will work great for a year and then all of a sudden something will die, never to work again. This time around all four of the ethernet ports died. Last time both phone ports died. I never even used port 2. When I called Vonage about it the tech tried to switch me from port 1 to port 2 so I could continue to use the router only to find it dead. This time around I've bought the D-Link. I had hoped that Linksys would get better when Cisco bought them out but apparently that is not to be.

If you want a crappy product here ya go, this is the definition of it! The phone service was laughable (such as when someone called when you were talking to someone else it would disconnect you. Sometimes you would sound like Barry White but only like 1% of the time. I personally found this funny when calling my friends.) The Wireless is horrendous if you want to anything else than E-mail or IM. Yet the wired speed wasn't bad, but neither is my modem... If you have to buy this router buy it for looks even though it's kinda ugly. If your looking for a fast wireless hookup with great phone i'd reccomend the DIR-625 Router and the VTA-VR phone adapter. This combo gives you crystal clear phone calls and amazing wireless gaming capability.

Customer Review: Caller ID too spotty
The phones are just fine in every way except the caller ID only works about 5-10% of the time. Very frustrating if you have grown used to screening calls. I would not recommend if caller ID is important to you otherwise go ahead and get it.
Customer Review: A Satisfactory Telephone
We purchased our VTECH, Model DS4122-3, telephone a few weeks ago; and so far it has worked great. It has single line operation and three handsets. The speaker phone feature seems to work well. It has an attractive contemporary appearance that reminds me of the way cell phones used to look. The numbers are large - easy to see and easy to dial. It has a distinct, pleasant, easy-to-hear ring. We have not yet tried all the features, such as caller ID, conferencing, and call waiting. Time will tell how well this telephone works, but so far I am very pleased.

Customer Review: new company/bad service
I purchased this phone for my son and had no complaints. I just made sure I added $10 every 3 months. After adding minutes to my son's phone on 7/3/08, it stopped working on 7/05/08. Apparently, the company that provided service for firefly changed. To make a very long story shorter, the new company now charges 35-cent daily fee (without informing us of impending changes), new sim cards were issued with new numbers and balances were not transferred. I think that their lack of disclosure is reprehensible and won't be adding any future minutes to that phone.

We bought this phone for our 7 year old daughter who has a vision impairment. We thought the buttons were big enough and the phone would be easy to use. Trying to refill minutes, getting a new sim card and using their worthless internet site has been a nightmare!! Shop elsewhere!

Customer Review: Great Concept, Bad implementation
Just like all the other reviewers, had a lot of expectation from these headphones. All went well and I really liked it till... I went to the gym. The headphones circuitry was shortcircuiting with sweat. The buttons are very timid and would short constantly increasing or decreasing the volume or skip to the next song. The first time I was able to shut it off let it dry and revive it. However, the second time this happened, it died. I talked to motorola about the problem, but they could not tell me anything more than that the product was supposed to be sweatproof( which is why anyone would buy an" active" headphones. They could not tell me that the problem has been rectified in the newer designs. Anyway have sent it out to them and am expecting a replacement. Fingers crossed...
Customer Review: IPOD adapter is horrible, but headset works great with my phone
I had the same problems with the IPOD adapter. It was very choppy when trying to jog outdoors. I had trouble just trying to get it to connect with my ipod. It's very impractical to use for jogging or other activities outdoors as the connection to the IPOD adapter is flimsy. I finally tried jogging with the headset paired with my LG chocolate phone and it works fine. I would give the headset at least 4 stars alone but the IPOD adapter is what brought it down.
