Customer Review: Great Concept, Bad implementation
Just like all the other reviewers, had a lot of expectation from these headphones. All went well and I really liked it till... I went to the gym. The headphones circuitry was shortcircuiting with sweat. The buttons are very timid and would short constantly increasing or decreasing the volume or skip to the next song. The first time I was able to shut it off let it dry and revive it. However, the second time this happened, it died. I talked to motorola about the problem, but they could not tell me anything more than that the product was supposed to be sweatproof( which is why anyone would buy an" active" headphones. They could not tell me that the problem has been rectified in the newer designs. Anyway have sent it out to them and am expecting a replacement. Fingers crossed...
Customer Review: IPOD adapter is horrible, but headset works great with my phone
I had the same problems with the IPOD adapter. It was very choppy when trying to jog outdoors. I had trouble just trying to get it to connect with my ipod. It's very impractical to use for jogging or other activities outdoors as the connection to the IPOD adapter is flimsy. I finally tried jogging with the headset paired with my LG chocolate phone and it works fine. I would give the headset at least 4 stars alone but the IPOD adapter is what brought it down.

I purchased this headset specifically because the complaints about it were that the earpiece was too small. Unfortuntately, the sound was great but the ear piece so large it kept falling off of my ear. I sent it back and ordered the Plantronics MX505 and it is fabulous - great sound and fit.
Customer Review: Got more than I hoped for.
I purchased this headset for home use to free up my hands while I cleaned, cooked, etc. It's absolutely perfect for me. I liked how light and comfortable it was to wear around my ear. The earpiece is actually very flexible, too, making the right fit easy to attain. The mouth piece doesn't smash up against your face as some other head sets I've owned. Callers can hear me loud and clear without any static on the line whatsoever. Granted, you do pick up background noises (although not to loud) so this wouldn't be a good purchase for a business where you'd like to have noise canceling features on your headset. You do have volume control through your handset, so no fiddling with your earpiece trying to find and adjust the volume. For as little as I paid, this was definitely a good buy. I would recommend it for home use.

Customer Review: Great phone!
I've had this phone for a long, long time and like it very much....never any trouble. A while back I managed to damage the extra handset so I bought an AT&T E5812B and have had problems. Unless a caller hangs up instantly without speaking, it is recorded as a received call. On the GE, there has to be an actual voice or the call is discarded. Also in order to erase a received call you have to listen to the date and time before you can hit the delete key. Since you're never certain if this was a hangup or if eventually a message will start, you have to wait to hit the delete button til you're sure. I contacted AT&T and they said the phone was defective and I'd have to return it. I've decided to forget the extra handset and stick to the GE.
Customer Review: So-so phone set
The best thing about these phones are that you can add on additional handsets,and you don't need a phone line to each one. The one thing I am not fond of is that you can't get very far from the base before they recieve interference and you are unable to understand the person on the other end.
